ESR TrainingThe training course for Employees’ Safety Representative (ESR)Training is a prescribed course with the criteria and curricula set out by Workplace Standards Tasmania although there is some flexibility in how the trainer presents the course. Australia Working Safely is accredited with Workplace Standards Tasmania to conduct ESR Training. If you, as an Employer, have several employees to be trained as Employees Safety Representatives then contact Australia Working Safely to discuss the running of a course specifically for your employees. This provides the opportunity to tailor the training to address the health and safety issues within your industry. Training scenarios are written to reflect your industry which makes for more meaningful and effective training for your employees. In addition training dates and training times can be set to best suit your needs and minimise disruption.
